Originally from Canada, Betty spent more than 15 years in China as a well-practiced brand and retail professional, with experience in high-end jewellery & watches, fashion and handbags, luxury accessories and leather goods, focusing on Marketing, Corporate Training, and Retail Operations. Betty started her career in retail working with brands such as Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Lancel, Tumi, TSE New York, and Franco Pianegonda.
At 30, Betty became the China General Manager of French fashion jewellery brand, Agatha, with goals to re-position and re-introduce it to China’s fashion industry. Five years working for Agatha, Betty led a team of more than 200 members, expanded 44 stores across 20 cities and cultivated a group of sales and marketing elites, who were motivated to achieve excellence. With dedication, she not only emphasized the protection of brand image and longevity, but paid special attention to coach and nurture talent.
